Willie Tucker, 92, of Moultrie passed away Wednesday, October 12, 2022, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center. A graveside funeral service will be held for Mr. Tucker at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 17, 2022, at Tift Memorial Gardens, where he will be laid to rest. The Rev. Joseph L. Crumley will officiate. The family will receive friends on Monday, October 17, 2022, from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
John Langdale, Ben Crumb and Kevin Hurst will be among the pallbearers.
Mr. Tucker was born March 18, 1930, in Irwin County. He was preceded in death by his wife, Pasala “Pat” Vickers Tucker and one son, Gregory Tucker. Before retiring, he was a self-employed contractor, and he was a member of Eastside Baptist Church in Tifton.
Mr. Tucker is survived by one son, Timothy Tucker of Valdosta; three grandchildren, Brandy Tucker, Brooke Tucker and Brittany Bates; and nine great-grandchildren.
