WEBSTER – Patricia G. “Patty” (Androlewicz) Zagrocki, 74, died Monday, October 3, 2022 after being stricken ill. Her husband of almost 50 years, John J. “Rocky” Zagrocki, Jr., died in 2018.
She leaves a son, Chad Zagrocki and his long-time companion Jenna Rollins of Webster; 4 brothers, Robert J. Anders of Webster, Richard J. Androlewicz and his wife Beverly, Ronald W. Androlewicz and Raymond M. Androlewicz, all of Dudley; a sister-in-law, Tammy Androlewicz of Webster; and many nieces and nephews.
She was born on September 15, 1948 in Webster, the daughter of John M. and Theresa E. (Maciejewski) Androlewicz and lived in the area all of her life. She graduated from Worcester Trade School and completed her studies as a beautician there.
Mrs. Zagrocki was a hairdresser for many years, operating the business out of her home on Killdeer Island. She then managed the cafeteria at Saint Joseph’s Elementary School for over a decade before she retired.
Along with her husband, she was a life member of the Killdeer Island Club.
Pat loved to go shopping and had a generous spirit. She could cook almost anything and excelled at baking. She was a fan of the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots.
Her funeral will be held Saturday, October 15, from the Sitkowski, Malboeuf & Hickey Funeral Home, 340 School Street, with a Mass at 11:00 AM in Saint Anthony of Padua Church, 24 Dudley Hill Road, Dudley. Burial will be in Saint Joseph Garden of Peace. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 PM on Friday, October 14, in the funeral home. Donations in her name may be made to Saint Joseph Elementary School, 47 Whitcomb St., Webster, MA 01570. The family encourages attendees to wear any colors they choose in celebration of the brightness Patty brought to everyone’s lives.
