WEST BALDWIN - Carol L Anderson 86 passed away on Sept. 26, 2022, after a brief illness.
Carol was born in New Glouster Maine on June 11, 1936 - a daughter of the late Keith F & Marguerite F. Leavitt of South Hiram.
She was a graduate of Fryeburg High School
She married Thomas E Anderson on October 1, 1965, and were married for 42 years before his passing in 2007
Carol worked for many years at Cornish Dress Shop and wonderful homemaker.
She was an extremely gifted seamstress; quilter and her braided rugs were just beautiful. There wasn't anything she couldn't make.
She enjoyed spending time with her grandsons as they always brought the biggest smile to her face.
She is predeceased by her husband Thomas E. Her brothers Gardiner Leavitt of Porter - Robert Leavitt of South Hiram and James Leavitt of Parsonsfield.
She is survived by her brothers David Leavitt of Porter - John Leavitt of South Hiram and Her sister Patricia Stearns of Lovell.
Carol is survived by her children Bruce Gordan - Robert Gordan and wife Maureen of Camden - daughter Janna Lynn Davidson and her husband Douglas of West Baldwin and her son Thomas Anderson and his wife Crystal of West Baldwin.
Her grandsons Keith Anderson and his partner Alexis Toolin of Porter - Alex Davidson and his partner Emma Chase of Gorham - Tyler Davidson of West Baldwin.
Her beloved great Grandson Colton Anderson of Porter
The family has chosen not to have a service but instead to celebrate her life privately.
