Cory Alan Tolbert, 33, of Ledyard died on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at Yale New Haven Hospital from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.
Cory was born in New London on February 16, 1989, the son of David and Heidi (Riffle) Tolbert. He grew up in Ledyard and received his high school diploma from Groton schools.
Cory was a skilled mechanic and worked at Karn's Automotive in Groton.
Cory was a devoted son, brother and uncle, an awesome friend to many, but most importantly he was a wonderful father to his beloved son, Eian Alan Tolbert-Post.
