Wanda R. McDowell-Daniels (65) of Brighton died August 28th in the St. Elizabeth's Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Chester Daniels.
She was born in Patterson, New Jersey daughter of the late Louis McDowell Sr. and Bernice (Baugh) McDowell. Wanda worked for the Brockton Housing Department as a secretary and was a member of the New Jerusalem Church. She loved singing the gospel, fishing and socializing with family and friends.
Wanda is survived by her son Jonathan McDowell-Daniels and partner Heath Robert Hooper of Manchester, New Hampshire, 3 brothers, Louis David McDowell Jr. of Pennsylvania, Stanley McDowell Sr. and Pastor Warren Franklin McDowell both of New Jersey, 2 sisters, Theresa McDowell Blanken of Arizona and Vanessa McDowell-Bogert of New Jersey, (sister of the late Diana McDowell), 2 grandchildren, Norah Robert Hooper and Jaiziah Hooper.
Following Cremation, Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
