Suzete Goncalves Mendes (37) of Hyannis died August 24th in the Good Samaritan Medical Center, Brockton.
She was born in Sao Filipe, Fogo, Cape Verde and came to the United States when she was 6 years old. Suzete was the daughter of Joseph Mendes and Eugenia Mendes of Sharon. She worked in the healthcare industry as a personal care assistant. Suzete was a fun loving person to be around, was the life of the party, loved fashion, make up, shopping, always provided for her mother and son and enjoyed socializing with family and friends.
In addition to her parents she is survived by her son Deamani Mendes, 2 brothers, Deurikque and Cristofanes Mendes and many other siblings.
Visitation in the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel, 238 Court Street Brockton Friday September 2nd from 5-8 pm. Services in the Funeral Home Saturday September 3rd at 10:30 am. Burial to follow in Melrose Cemetery, 88 N Pearl Street Brockton. Viewing from 9 am prior to services.
