Daniel Matthew Conway, age thirty-four, of Providence, Rhode Island passed away alongside his friends on 8/25/2022, in a swimming accident. Dan grew up in Winchester, Massachusetts, graduating from Winchester High School in 2007. He went on to study culinary arts at Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island where he was a member of the Sigma Alpha Mu fraternity. He then worked as a chef for restaurants in the Boston and Providence areas, attaining the title of Chef de Cuisine at Cook and Brown Public House. Dan lived a full life, enjoying nature, time with a long list of pets, and a very active social life. He also maintained a love of cooking for family and friends outside of the kitchen.
He is survived by his loving parents Gerard and Patricia Conway of Winchester, Massachusetts, brother David, sister-in-law Cristina, and niece Elaine of San Diego, California, grandparents Sylvester and Elizabeth Suchinsky of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to a visitation at Costello Funeral Home on Thursday, September 1st from 10am-12pm, followed by interment at Wildwood Cemetery and lunch at Woburn Country Club.
