Marcia Ruth Baker, age 86, of Hanson, MA, passed away from respiratory failure and cardiac arrest at Brockton Hospital on August 20, 2022.
She was born May 3, 1936 to the late John and Ruth Erickson.
Marcia loved all of her family very much. She had a strong faith in our Lord and attended Calvary Baptist Church.
Marcia was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Melvin Baker and her sister, Karen Gaddy. Marcia is survived by her 5 children, Cheryll Young of Hanson, Floyd Eric (Dana) June of Graham TX, Debra (Michael) Wheeler of Hanson, James (Laurie) Harris of Deerfield NH and Kristin (Robert) Baker of East Bridgewater, MA; her grandchildren, Jason Young, Eric June, James Anderson, Jacob Anderson, John Durso, Mitchell Durso; many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; her sister, Linda Warner of Oregon, as well as many dear friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial service Thursday, September 1, 2022 at 11 a.m. at the Calvary Baptist Church, 429 Monponsett Street, Hanson, MA. Burial will be private.
