Mr. Joseph G. Carver, a resident of Medford and beloved husband of Holly J. (Heil) Carver, passed away suddenly on Friday evening, August 19, 2022. He was 51 years old.
Born in Harrison, Arkansas, he was the beloved son of Judy K. (Johnson) and her husband Eddie Donaldson of Springdale, Arkansas and the late Joe M. Carver. Mr. Carver worked as a General Manager and Field Training Specialist for CubeSmart Self Storage.
In his spare time he enjoyed spending time with his wife Holly (his world), family and friends. He would go every morning to Dunkin Donuts to get his coffee on his way to work. He loved playing with his friends and family trivia, games, Yahtzee, corn hole and any games he could. He was very competitive. He loved discussing the military, and attending the Blue Angels and Thunderbird Air Shows. He also was part of a huge military family on both sides. He enjoyed going to his Sister-in-Laws apple orchard and also to Crystal Lake which are both located in New Hampshire. It always reminded him of being home in Arkansas. He also enjoyed building model airplanes and tanks and watching airplanes take off and land at Logan Airport and could tell you what type of plane it was as well. He also loved to travel to his home state of Arkansas to see his family and friends, go on cruise ships and play video games, especially flight simulators with his wife and friends. Above all, he was a very devoted husband, brother and uncle. Joseph will be very dearly missed.
Besides his beloved wife, Holly and Mother and Step-Father, Judy and Eddie, he is survived by his loving siblings; Wendi Carver Knight of Springdale, Arkansas, Mark Talburt and his Wife Patti of Omaha, Nebraska, Elizabeth Donaldson of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Christy Carver Rybiski and her family of Texarkana, Texas, nieces and nephew; Ashlee, Hannah, Devon, Emerson, and Scarlet, and many more and many great-nieces and great-nephews. He is also survived by his Mother-in-Law Sally Heil and all of Holly's family and friends. He had many sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law on her side as well.
His Funeral Service will be celebrated in the Beals-Geake-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 29 Governors Avenue, Medford on Sunday, August 28, 2022, at 7 PM. Relatives and friends are most welcome to attend. Visitation will be held in the funeral home, prior to the service, from 4 to 7 PM. Interment will be privately held.
