James H. Boyles, Jr., 66, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Saturday, August 20, 2022, at Pruitt Health in Fitzgerald, Georgia.
Private memorial services will be held.
Mr. Boyles was born September 20, 1955, in Atlanta, Georgia, to the late James H. & Martha Ann Fussell Boyles. He earned a Bachelor’s degree from Valdosta State. Following graduation, he managed his father’s store, Boyles Drugs. He later owned and operated The Cavern, a live-music club in Buckhead. He worked for KampCo as a truck driver. Mr. Boyles loved to hunt and fish, especially hunt. He was a land owner and tended his own timber land.
He is survived by two sisters: Sally Boyles & Tom Sharp of Nashville, Tennessee and Susan Boyles & Scott Williams of Atlanta.
