Margaret Elizabeth Forrest (Peggy) passed unexpectedly at her home in Londonderry, NH on August 16, 2022. Peggy was a loving, dedicated wife to her husband Rodney and two sons John of Bedford, NH and James of Acton, MA.
Peggy is survived by her sister Mary Remeika and sister in-law Margaret O’Neil and their children. She was predeceased by her parents John and Rita O’Neil, her brothers James and John O’Neil, and her Nephew Timothy O’Neil.
Peggy was a wonderful grandmother to Sara, Jack, Ryan, Emerson, Avory, and Jaxson. Peggy truly enjoyed time with her two daughter in-laws, Joanne Forrest and Emily Whitehead, gossiping and offering words of wisdom on how to “handle” the Forrest boys.
Peg was recognized by many in the community through her years of employment at the Londonderry Osco Drug (later Brooks and Rite-Aid). She always took the time to chat to her customers and friends.
Peggy loved music, reading, and baseball and will always be remembered for her sense of humor, opinions about the Red Sox, and her kind, loving heart.
Following cremation, the family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
