Alfred “Freddy” Cristaldi, 54, of Danville, N.H. passed away suddenly on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at his home. He was born on August 19, 1967 in Lawrence, Mass. Freddy attended Mt. Carmel Parochial Grammar School, and The Greater Lawrence Vocational Technical School.
Freddy worked as a truck driver for more than 30 years, most of which were spent at Fresh Valley Foods Company in Lawrence, Mass. In addition, he also had the opportunity to tour with his best friend of 40 years, Sully Erna and his rock band Godsmack, driving their tour equipment across the country for numerous concerts.
Freddy was a charismatic, fun-loving man with an energetic personality, commanding the attention of any room he entered. He enjoyed life to the fullest and had an array of interests, which included live concerts, sporting events, the beach and travel. He loved all sports but was a most avid football fan and devoted to his beloved Patriots.
Freddy is survived by his loving father, Alfred “Al” Cristaldi and his stepmother, Helen of Methuen, Mass. He leaves behind his son, Jesse Blanchette of Plaistow, NH and his partner, Alison Tortorello, 2 brothers, Mark Cristaldi of Lawrence, Mass., Dana Cristaldi and his wife, Nicole of Conway, SC, 2 sisters, Alexis Cristaldi of Boston, Mass and Laurie Goguen of Nashua, NH and her partner, Jim Sawyer, his fiancé, Jennifer Royal, as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Freddy was predeceased by his mother, Beverly Fortin Cristaldi. Freddy will be truly missed by his family and friends.
Private services will be held for the immediate family. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date to be announced.
