Marcel F. Leroux, 89 died August 3, 2022 at Parkland Medical Center following a brief illness.
He was born in Manchester on April 3, 1933 the son of William and Dora (Blais) Leroux.
He was a lumberjack when he was a teenager, then a truck driver for St. Johnsbury Trucking.
After his retirement he was a custodian for the former St. Jean Baptiste Church and continued working at Parish of the Transfiguration.
He was predeceased by his wife, Claire R. (Cote) Leroux on April 21, 2016, as well as two sons, Michael Hawley and Basil Osolinski.
Family members include seven grandchildren, Michael, Christie, Scott, Sonya, Matthew, Ryan, and Samantha.
He also leaves a sister, Irene Belanger of Goffstown and a sister-in-law, Lucille Gustafson of Manchester.
Calling hours will be on Sunday, August 7, 2022 from 5 to 7 pm at J. N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge St.
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday, August 8, 2022 at 11 am in Parish of the Transfiguration.
Committal prayers will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum.
