Thomas M. Roper, age 67, of Littleton, formerly of Tewksbury, a member of a well-known Tewksbury family, passed away at home in the care of his family on Monday, August 1, 2022.
Beloved husband of Jacqueline (Beliveau) Roper. Son of the late William “Bill” Roper and Isabelle G. “Isie” (Chandler) Roper. Father of Jody E. Collins and her husband Eric, of Harvard, Mark E. Roper and his wife Nina Keough, of Boston, Michael T. Roper and his partner, Caitlyn Jones, of Tewksbury and Timothy M. Roper, of Salisbury. Grandfather of Simone, Vivian, Morgan and Maggie. Brother of Bill Roper, Jr., of Tewksbury, John P. Roper and his wife Claudia, of Tewksbury, Nancy A. Boutet and her husband Keith, of Westford, and Alice M. Saunders and her husband Daniel, of Salisbury. He also leaves many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and many very dear friends.
Family and friends will be received on Monday, August 8th, from 4-8 p.m. at the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee Street, Tewksbury. A memorial service celebrating his life will be held Tuesday, August 9th, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment of his ashes will follow at Tewksbury Cemetery.
