Efrain O. 'Frankie' Rivera, 86, a United States Army veteran, passed away peacefully on July 23, 2022 at the Atrium at Drum Hill in Chelmsford. His funeral service will take place on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 promptly at 10 a.m. at the McDonough Funeral Home, 14 Highland Street, Lowell, MA 01852.
His burial will be held privately.
