Lorraine S. (Buskey) Sargent, 95, of Worcester died Saturday, July 23rd in the Christopher House. Her husband of 62 years, William H. Sargent, Jr. died in 2008. She leaves two sons, William H. Sargent, III, and his wife, Donna of Leicester, Brian J. Sargent, and his wife, Theresa of Worcester; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother Buskey.
She was born in Worcester the daughter of Albert and Lillian (Brothers) Buskey. Lorraine was a member of Our Lady of the Angels Church. She worked for Ames for many years as a receiving clerk. Lorraine was an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan and enjoyed spending time doing crossword puzzles or square-dancing with her husband.
Funeral services and burial in Notre Dame Cemetery are private. There are no calling hours. O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue is assisting the family with arrangements.
