Muriel F. (Patenaude) Legendre, 82, of Westport and Sun City Center, FL, passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2022 after a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Richard Legendre.
Born in Fall River, daughter of the late Norman J. and Fabienne (Levesque) Patenaude, she had lived in Westport for most of her life and wintering in Sun City Center, FL for many years. Prior to retirement, she worked as a tax accountant. Mrs. Legendre enjoyed golf and dancing, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.
Survivors include 2 sons: Brian R. Legendre and his wife Kimberley of Westport and Marc S. Legendre; sister: Denise Diogo and her husband Tony of Westport; 5 grandchildren: Brian, Jacquelyn, Brook, Brenna and Mason; 2 nephews: Ryan and Nate.
She was the companion of the late Robert Krok.
