BROOKFIELD: Paulette A. (Palin) John, 79, of Pratt Hill Road, died Sunday, July 3 in UMass Memorial Lake Ave., after being stricken ill.
Her husband, Michael T. John died in 2019. She leaves a son Michael P. John with whom she lived, a daughter Crystal A. Daige and her husband Robert of Cherry Valley, a sister Connie Daigneault of Brookfield, five grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
Paulette was born in Worcester, daughter of Oscar and Cecile (Mercier) Palin. She graduated from Girls Trade School in Worcester and went on to be a hairdresser for several years. Paulette and her husband owned and operated PM Cleaning Co. for many years before retiring and moving to Florida to enjoy retirement together. After her husband's death she moved back to Massachusetts to be with her family. She was blessed with the gift of gab and enjoyed conversing with people. She was a social butterfly with a kind and vivacious spirit. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 12 at 6:00PM in MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main Street, Leicester, Calling hours from 4:00-6:00 PM will precede the service in the funeral home.
