Ethel M. Kenneally 79 of Morehead City, North Carolina formally of Whitman Massachusetts. Born January 15, 1927 to Adelia and Kenneth Day. She was married to the late Robert J. Kenneally, Sr for 28 years. Ethel was a homemaker for many years. She went to work after her children were all in school. She worked in a Whitman School cafeteria at the Regal Park School for many years. From there she worked as second cook at Goddard Memorial Hospital in Stoughton. The she became first cook at Embassy House Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in East Brockton. Prior to her retirement in 1997 she worked at Gurney’s in Whitman. Upon retirement Ethel moved to North Carolina to be with her youngest daughter and grandchildren. She worked at Home Aide in North Carolina for a short time. Ethel enjoyed sewing and made quilts for her grandchildren. Three children survive Ethel, Mary E. Nordin of Brockton, MA, Robert J. Kenneally, Jr. of Stetson, ME and Janice Schuerger of Cedar Point, NC; seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

A Memorial service will be held, May 24th at 11:00 A.M.in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel Inc Plymouth Street (RT 58 at the Rotary Circle) Whitman. Burial will follow in the St. James Cemetery, Whitman, Ma.Donations may be made to a charity of one's choice Visit www.blanchardfc.com
