Mary M. (DeLong) Hickey, 65 of Whitman MA passed on June 11,2022 at Seasons Hospice in Milton, MA.
She was born in the Azores, Portugal. Daughter of the late Robert and Margaret DeLong. She grew up in Abington, MA.
Mary enjoyed ceramics bowling and being with her family and friends.
She is survived by her loving husband Wayne Hickey and children David Connors, Timothy Connors and Susan Hickey and her grandchildren Timmy Cullinan, Alexis Connors, Jason Connors, Penelope Hickey and Kendall Johnson. As well as her sisters Kathy Hain and Barbara Graves and her brothers Phil DeLong and Kevin DeLong and predeceased by her brothers Rob DeLong and Jimmy DeLong.
Family and friends are invited to attend her visiting hours on Sunday June 19 from 1:00-4:00 PM in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel Plymouth Street (Rte. 58 @ the rotary) Whitman and her funeral service on Monday June 20 at 9:45 AM from the Chapel, followed by a funeral Mass at 10:30 AM in the Holy Ghost Church, Whitman.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association in her memory.
