Hieu Chi Le, 46, of Worcester died Friday, June 10th at home surrounded by his family. He leaves his wife of 7 years, Phuong Thi Vu; a daughter, Gwenny Le; his parents, Thomas Le and Hoa Nguyen both of Worcester; and three siblings.
He was born in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam and emigrated to the United States in 1994. Hieu was a member of Our Lady of Vilna Church. Mr. Le was an electronic technician for several years at Flintec, Inc. Hieu enjoyed spending time fishing and traveling to Vietnam where he would visit the country side to fish.
His funeral is Monday, June 20th with a Mass at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Vilna Church, 153 Sterling Street. Cremation will follow in Rural Crematory. Visitation is Sunday, June 19th from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue.
