Samuel A. Gonzalez III, 29, of New Bedford passed away on Wednesday, June 8th, 2022.
Samuel was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, to Samuel Gonzalez II and Maria Arroyo. Although he lived most of his life in New Bedford, Samuel was very proud of his cultural origins.
Samuel was a loving, caring, and fun person to be with who had a great sense of humor and enjoyed joking around. He loved music, sports, and online video gaming.
Samuel was survived by his parents, his son, three brothers, one sister, grandparents, and extended family members.
The Gonzalez-Arroyo families are broken-hearted beyond words. Although these are difficult times for our families, we know he is now resting in Peace and is in God's Loving Hands.
His Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at 11 AM in the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held Monday, June 13, 2022 from 4-8 PM. For directions and guestbook, visit www.saundersdwyer.com.
