Abou-Halaka, Joan C. 77 of Andover, MA, passed away peacefully on, June 02, 2022. Joan was survived by her two children, Daughter Lauren Abou-Halaka, Son David Abou-Halaka, Granddaughter Layla Abou-Halaka, Sister Ilene Greenspan, Brother Henry Shafrock, Nephew Michael Greenspan, and Niece Lisa Greenspan Molmud. Joan was preceded in death by her parents, Louie and Florence Shafrock. She was born and raised in New York, and resided with her daughter and granddaughter in Andover, Massachusetts. She was a loving and caring mother and grandmother to her two children and granddaughter. She doted on her granddaughter endlessly; her granddaughter was the apple of her eye. Joan was genuine, kind and compassionate, with a tender soul who loved unconditionally. Joan will be deeply missed; forever loved and will forever remain in our hearts.
