Marie Ange Morisset, from Mirebalais, aged 72, died on June 6, 2022 following a long and peaceful illness.
She was born Marie Ange Gabriel on July 22, 1949 in Mirebalais to parents Madame Charité and Monsieur Delinois Gabriel. She was the pampered child of her family. She shared her parents' affection with her brothers: Wesner, Merlais, Joseph, Jean-Loubert, Yves Sauveur Gabriel; her sisters Jeannette, Marie Edwige, Margareth Gabriel.
She completed her primary and higher education at Saint Pierre College and with the Sisters of Mirebalais. Very early in her life, on January 5, 1970, she married her lifelong partner Mr. Jean Rupert Morisset. Since then, they have lived a life of inseparable love, seeking common happiness together. From this union were born five children: Gregory Peck Morisset, Sandra Morisset, Dominique Morisset Pierre, Siomara Morisset Vil and Clivy Morisset Brutus.
Emigrated to the United States in 1996, she spent a year in Florida, before settling in Massachusetts in 1997. She had a long and prodigious career in the health sector.
Marie Ange was much loved and appreciated for her jovial and attractive personality. She enjoyed serving and helping others, even at the expense of her own needs.
She was very devoted to the Lord and faithfully participated in the various spiritual activities of her Church. Her departure has left a void that will not be easily filled.
Our condolences go to her husband, widower Jean Rupert Morisset, to her son Gregory Peck Morisset and his wife, to her daughters Sandra Morisset, Dominique Pierre and husband, Siomara Vil and husband, Clivy Brutus and husband; to her grandchildren: … to her brothers Wesner Dubuisson, Merlais; Joseph Gabriel, Pastor Jean Loubert Gabriel and wife, Yves Sauveur Gabriel and wife; her sisters Jeannette, Edwige, Margareth Gabriel; to her nephews and nieces and to all other relatives and allies affected by this bereavement.

A Religious Service will be on Saturday June 18, from 10 AM- 12 PM in the Tabernacle Congregation Baptist Church, 575 American Legion Highway, Roslindale, Ma. Burial will be in Forest Hills Cemetery, 95 Forest Hills Ave, Jamaica Plain, Ma.
