SPENCER: Paul M. DeLibertis, 63, of Spencer, died Thursday May 19th peacefully in his home. He leaves his wife Valerie (Garceau) DeLibertis; his children Mark DeLibertis, Lisa Silvar, Dawn (Garceau) Duncan, Jeffrey Garceau, and their families; as well as his several cousins, nephews, and a niece.
He is predeceased by his parents Manfred V. DeLibertis, Jr. and Nancy (Swantee) DeLibertis; and his sister Carol A. Kelly.
Paul was born on February 26, 1959 and raised in Worcester, the son of Manfred and Nancy DeLibertis. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing, hiking, camping, snowboarding, and gardening. Paul had a vast knowledge of a variety of trades and was known to be able to fix anything. He loved to reminisce about his many adventures while living in the White Mountains. His most treasured pastime was spending quality time with his grandchildren Scarlett and Henry at their home in Connecticut.
A small private memorial service was held outdoors on the family’s land and a tree was planted in his memory. J. HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer is directing funeral arrangements.
