Edward A. Albee, Jr., 79, of Bellingham died Sunday, May 29, 2022 at Milford Regional Medical Center. He was the husband of Anne “Beth” (Hamblin) Albee for the past 55 years.
Born in Boston on April 9, 1943, he was the son of the late Edward A. and Emma E. (Dagle) Albee.
Ed was a resident of Bellingham for the past 55 years. He grew up in the Jamaica Plain section of Boston and graduated from Boston Technical High School.
Ed was a sheet metal worker at the former Barnstead, Co. in West Roxbury for many years.
He enjoyed woodworking and bowling, almost playing professionally. Ed was an avid reader and loved the New York Giants football team.
Besides his wife, he is survived by; two sons, Scott Albee and his wife Rochelle of Fairhaven and Matthew Albee of Whitinsville. He was the father of the late Christian Albee.
He is also survived his brother Robert Albee of Norton, his sister Kathleen Albee of Westford and many nieces and nephews.
