He was predeceased by his seven siblings, Doris, Frances, Louise, Theodore, George, Anthony, and Dennis.
He was born in Chelsea the son of Theodore and Louise (Roberts) Kiley. John graduated from Chelsea High School and moved to Worcester. John was a member of Blessed Sacrament Parish. A natural born painter, John painted homes for almost his entire life. While living off of a lake for some time, John became an avid camper and fisherman. He enjoyed the solitary feeling of being an outdoors man although, his hobbies brought people together. He was a kind and caring man, keeping a watchful eye on the happenings at the campground and would hand out popsicles to all of the children who would pass by. John was the life of the party and truly was “the family man”, as spending time with his family was his favorite past time. He was very loved and will be greatly missed.
There are no calling hours. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME is assisting the family with arrangements.
