Phyllis M. (Martin) Fragoza, 87, of Westport, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, May 3, 2022. She was the wife of the late Joseph D. Fragoza.
Mrs. Fragoza was born in Westport, daughter of the late Manuel and Irene (St. Onge) Martin and had been a lifelong resident of the town. She was both a former member of and on the board of directors for the Westport Holy Ghost Club. She was a foster parent for over 20 years and she loved to play BINGO.
Survivors include her son: Guy R. Anctil of FL; her daughter: Catherine E. Bellavance and her husband Kenneth of VA; along with many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was the mother of the late Jaseph D. Fragoza, Jr. and sister of the late Marie Burns, Doris Cestodio, Edward Martin, John Martin and Alard St. Onge.
Funeral service to which relatives and friends are invited will be at the Potter Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at 10:30 A.M.
Visitation will be Wednesday, from 10-10:30 A.M. prior to the service.
Interment will be in Beech Grove Cemetery, Westport.
