Lorraine J. Reardon, 75 of Rockland, Ma died Sunday May 1st unexpectedly at home.
Born in Weymouth, Ma to Joseph J. and Sophie T. (Dankewicz) Kelliher.
She was a graduate from Abington High School in 1964 and spent many years after high school as a loan officer at Tremont Credit Union in Braintree, Ma. After her retirement she took a part time job at Stop and Shop Pea Pod in Whitman, Ma where she was still employed at the time of her passing.
She had a huge love of all “Green Wave” sports and was their biggest fan, but her most favorite thing was spending time with her family and friends.
She was the beloved wife of the late Daniel Reardon, Sr. and the loving mother of Daniel T. and his wife Karen of Abington and William P. and his wife Cheryl of Rockland. Cherished grandmother to Danielle, Timothy, Brianna, Sophia, Owen and Jack. She is also survived by her siblings the late Joseph J. Kelliher, Jr., Margaret Roberts and her husband Butch, Helena Bottone and her husband Lester, the late Dolly Marzocca and her husband Nick, Freddie Kelliher and his wife Marianne, Patrick Kelliher and his wife Janny, James Kelliher and his wife Patti, Patricia Dellamorte and her husband John and Paul Kelliher and his wife Rita as well as many, many loving nieces and nephews all who will miss her dearly.
Relatives and friends are welcome to attend her funeral Mass on Monday May 9th @ 10:30am in the Saint Bridget Church, 455 Plymouth Street, Abington. All other services are omitted.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Joseph, Sophie & Elaine Kelliher Scholarship fund at the Abington Bank in Abington, Ma.
