November 17, 1958 – March 29, 2022
Pamela Jean Seabert, 63, passed away on March 29th, 2022, while bravely battling breast cancer with her family at her side. Pam was born on November 17th, 1958, to William and Beverly Frank of Ventura California.
Pam is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 38 years, Daniel Seabert of Ventura, Sons Branden Seabert of North Hollywood and Bryan Seabert of Ventura, Parents William and Beverly Frank of Ventura, Brother Greg (Lori) Frank of Ventura, Sister Kara (Fred) Manno of Dana Point, several Nieces and Nephews and several extended family members.
Pam is a lifelong resident of Ventura, and graduate of St. Bonneventure High School class of 1976. After graduation, Pam began work at OK Travel of Ventura and moved on to work several years at Petro Shore Travel of Ventura where she became the owner. After several years, Pam moved on to work at Community Memorial Hospital Billing Office as a Billing Claims Clerk where she was employed for the past 20 years.
A loving and devoted mother, nothing made her more proud than her 2 boys Branden and Bryan. Always encouraging and supportive, she was there on the sidelines cheering on whatever endeavor they may have encountered.
Pam had an amazing sense of humor and a beautiful laugh! Her wit was razor sharp and she was known to say things most people were thinking but were afraid to ask. She made her whole family laugh with her unapologetic grilling of her niece’s and nephew’s love lives. She was kind, generous and compassionate.
During High School, Pam found her love for acting and played several roles on stage as a member of Plaza Players Community Theater. From an early age, Pam was an avid book reader. Pam could always be found with a book in hand and enjoyed sharing them with her family, friends, and co-workers. Pam loved the beach and the outdoors. She enjoyed traveling abroad and camping with family and friends. Pam loved to dance. She and her husband could often be found on the dance floor of the local hotspot, The Bandar. She loved Country Line dancing, West Coast Swing, and Ballroom. Together they went on to compete in several team competitions, winning the Worlds 2000 Country Western Dance Championships, Team Cabaret in Nashville Tennessee.
Pam will be desperately missed by all those that she’s left behind. Our hearts are so broken from losing her. She was one of a kind. To know her and to be loved by her was a true blessing.
A Celebration of Life will be held at JOSEPH P. REARDON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICE, 757 E. Main St., Ventura, on Saturday, May 21st, 2022, at 2:00 PM with Pastor Jim Duran Officiating.
The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Lynn Kong of Ventura County Hematology-Oncology and the Community Memorial Hospital doctors and nursing staff in the ER and ICU 4th floor, who gave Pam and her family the utmost care and respect up to her last moments, and after.
