WORCESTER___Jennie L. (Kalinowski) Kudron, 87, of Worcester, passed into eternal life after a long illness on Thursday May 4 at the home of her daughter.
Mrs. Kudron was born in Worcester the daughter of Andrew and Sophie (Karpinski) Kalinowski. She was predeceased by her husband, Peter W. Kudron, two sons, Peter S. and Thomas W., her siblings, Helen Boker, Shirley Kendierski, Wanda Kalinowski, Sophie Kot, Edward, Andrew, John and Leo Kalinowski. Jennie leaves two daughters, Janie C. Kudron and Leona S. Kudron, two sons, Theodore P. Kudron and Philip J. Kudron, her brother, William Kalinowski, six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was a graduate of Auburn High School and was a lifetime member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish. She was a member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Women’s Guild, the Polish Women’s Alliance and was a member and treasurer of the Green Island Neighborhood Center.
Jennie was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She loved traveling, swimming, crocheting and knitting and always put others before herself. She will be truly missed.
The funeral will be held on Saturday May 6 from HENRY – DIRSA FUNERAL HOME, 33 Ward St., with a Mass at 10:30 a.m. in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 34 Ward St. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours in the funeral home are Friday May 5 from 5 to 8 p.m.
