Judy Lynn Hollingsworth Story, 63, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died, Monday, April 11, 2022, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, Georgia.
Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
Mrs. Story was born August 8, 1958, in Abbeville, Georgia, to the late Joe & Margene Newman Hollingsworth. After graduating high school, she received her CNA training. She worked in home health and was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her lifelong companion, Joe Story of Fitzgerald; daughters: Jody & James Mitchell of Abbeville and Julie & Chad Passmore of Irwin County; grandchildren: Zoey Mitchell and Ian Passmore; and three sisters: Brenda H. Blackwell of Abbeville, Elizabeth & Raymond Brown of Columbus, and Susan & Andy Luke of Fitzgerald. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Eugene “Reb” Hollingsworth.
