Obituary

Richard Michael Mullins, age 33, of Attleboro, formerly of Jamaica Plain, passed away peacefully on April 6, 2022 at New England Medical Center. Richard's desire to give to others was demonstrated by his gift of life organ donation which will immediately benefit three recipients and many more in the future. He leaves behind his mother, Maria C. Castelli, father Daniel J. Mullins, Daniel's wife Kathleen and his brothers, Nicholas J. Mullins and Joshua D. Mullins. He is survived by his children, Kamille Elyza Mullins LaMountain and her mother Ashley LaMountain, Finnley Murray Bearse Mullins, Reaghan Marie Mullins and their mother Sarah Bearse. He is also survived by many loving family members including great aunts and cousins, his nephew Liam M. Mullins, Uncle Joseph Castelli, Uncle Jose Cirino, Uncle Michael and Aunt Marie Mullins and forever cherished foster brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews who called him Brother and Uncle Rich. No one could ever question his loving and caring nature, He was just one of a kind. The kids were his world and he was theirs. he was extremely talented. He only had to see something once and he could replicate that and complete a task. Richard served his country and was honorably discharged from the Army. Richard will be cremated with no formal service at this time. A Celebration of Life is being planned and will be announced in the future. All are welcome to attend. Richard is now resting in peace and embraced by those who have gone before. We ask that donations in memory of Richard M. Mullins be made to Hope Street Sober Living, c/o Michael Hinson, 90 Hope St. ext., Attleboro, MA. 02703. Donations will be used to support those who cannot afford treatment and basic necessities.
