BISHOP, Marilyn (McNicholas) of Framingham formerly of Natick and Needham, April 5, 2022. Former wife of Robert G. Bishop. Loving mother of Caroline E. Duffy and her husband Gregory of Macedon, NY, Megan O. Bishop and her partner Thom Le of Denver, CO, and Nicholas R. Bishop of Framingham. Sister of Joan Roman, Gerard, Cheryl, and Marcel Villani, and the late Stephen and Clare McNicholas. Step-Daughter of Gerard Villani. Daughter of the late Lillian Villani and George McNicholas. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Marilyn worked ambitiously in her career as a legal secretary, before spending the most precious 15 years raising her children. She loved motherhood so much, she returned to work as a well-loved preschool teacher.
Visiting hours at the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 477 Washington St., (Rt.16) Wellesley on Friday, April 15 from 4-7pm. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Funeral services are private.
