Mark J. Bubon, 55, of Worcester, passed away peacefully on March 23, 2022 with his family at his side. He leaves behind his life partner, Tracy Piligian of Worcester; two step-sons, Travis LaCroix and Nicholas Piligian, both of Worcester; a step-daughter, Brianna Farrow and her husband, Jonathan of Independence, KY; a brother, Michael Bubon and his wife, Pamela of Oxford; four sisters, Maureen Nelson and her husband, Paul of Auburn, Marsha Bubon and her life partner, Ross Flagg of Boca Raton, FL, Milissa St. Jean of Auburn, and Mariann Lavallee and her husband, Michael of Sagamore; an uncle, Paul Smith of Salisbury, MA; an aunt, Alice Michniewicz of CA; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins . He especially enjoyed the kids, and lovingly referred to them as "little heathens". He was pre-deceased by his parents, Raymond and Kathleen (Smith) Bubon of Millbury.
Mark was born in Worcester and graduated from Millbury High School in 1985, and was a member of the track and field team where he still holds the triple jump record to this day. He went on to later do roofing and sheet-metal work until his found his lifetime job as a yard operator at Mid-States Packaging in Worcester for the past 30 years.
He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed landscaping and watching NASCAR. Mark was an exceptional spouse, step-father, brother, uncle, co-worker, and friend. He touched many lives and will be deeply missed.
His calling hours will be held on Sunday, April 3rd from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm in O’Connor Brothers Funeral Home, 592 Park Avenue. His service will follow visitation. O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME is assisting the family with arrangements.
