Obituary

EBERT, David L. Of Boston's South End, January 22, 1940 - March 21, 2022. Predeceased by his Parents, Otto and Esther Ebert, Brother: Robert Ebert. Survived by: Brothers: Richard and Margaret Ebert, Phoenix, AZ. William and Vida Ebert, Mesa, AZ. Sister-in-law: Norma Ebert, Plainfield, IN. Six nieces and nephews. His dear friend of many years, Michael J. Thivierge, Morristown, NJ. David received his Bachelor degree from Alma College. He was a proud member of and traveled with the Alma College A Capella Choir and was a member of the TKE fraternity. He received his divinity degree from Andover Newton Seminary and went on to serve as pastor in the United Church of Christ. He later became Dean of Students at New England College in Henniker, NH and New College in Florida. He entered the business world as a director of human resources and management consultant and was most proud of the work he did as Special Consultant for Gay, Lesbian, Bi-sexual and Transgender Medical Issues for the Commissioner of MA Department of Public Health.

A Memorial Service will be held at The Old South Church in Boston to be announced by the Ebert Family at a later date.
