WORCESTER - Doris M. Gonzalez, born on May 14, 1957 in New York, NY to Herminio Gonzalez and Juana Moreno, passed away at UMass Medical Center – University Campus on March 9th, 2022.

She is survived by her two sons, Robert A. Gonzalez Sr. and Edwin Feliciano Jr. and his wife Samol Bo-Feliciano, her daughter Cindy L. Gonzalez, her 6 grandchildren, Robert A. Gonzalez Jr., Mariah T. Gonzalez, Omar R. Wiz, Aizen L. Feliciano-Bo, Julius K. Feliciano-Bo and Katelyn M. Gonzalez, her brother Felix Gonzalez (Johnny) and his wife Jerry Gonzalez, her three sisters Sonia L. Gonzalez, Griselda Gonzalez, and Betty Gonzalez. Besides her parents, Doris is predeceased by her brother Carlos J. Although she wasn’t born in Worcester, Worcester has been her forever home. She was a homemaker. In her spare time, she would be with her family, going shopping, cooking for her loved ones, hanging out with her sisters and having sleepovers. She was always ready for a good time of laughter and making memories. She loved her morning coffee, eggs and toast. She liked spending her morning watching game shows, and drama TV shows. She was the Parcheesi Queen and dominated her opponents, (her family members), she always won every time. She was a great woman, a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to those who knew her. She’ll be missed by all who knew her but will not be forgotten by those who truly knew her. May her soul rest in peace.

Calling hours will be held from 9:00 am to 11:00 am on Thursday, March 17th, at the Kelly Funeral Home, 154 Lincoln St., Worcester. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 am at the funeral home. Burial will take place following the funeral service at Hope Cemetery, 119 Webster St., Worcester.
