Kenneth C. Spratt, 88, of Worcester passed away on Saturday, March 5th in Hermitage Healthcare Center. He leaves his good friends Sandra Shahnarian and her husband, Al of Worcester, Charles Triba of Worcester; two daughters, Mary and Julie; one grandchild; and his many special nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by four brothers, Robert, Paul, Lee, and Ken.
Kenneth was born in Worcester to Robert G. Spratt and Salome “Sally” F. (Fleming) Spratt. He served in the United States Army for three years. He then retired as a security guard at Hanover Insurance after working there for many years. Kenneth went by the nickname “Ocky” given by his close friends. He enjoyed bowling, visiting the casino and was an avid walker. Kenneth was also an animal lover and had a very close bond with his dog, Noodles. The family would like to extend their appreciation to the nurses and staff at Hermitage Healthcare for the care that Kenneth received.
His funeral service will be held on Friday, March 18th at 11:30 a.m. at O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME. His visitation is from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park. O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME is assisting the family with services.
