Richard A. Hultin, age 94 of Weymouth passed away on Wednesday, January 12, 2022. Richard was born and raised in Quincy. After High School he joined the Army and proudly served his country for two years. Richard then attended Northeastern where he received a bachelor and master’s degree in mechanical engineering.
Richard was an intelligent, responsible, hard-working mechanical engineer and college professor who enjoyed teaching and worked well into his seventies. He had a great sense of humor and loved history, reading, gardening and spending time with his grandchildren by the pool.
Richard was predeceased by his beloved wife Ethel Ann Hultin (Langton). He is survived by his loving children Theresa Hultin and her husband Jack of Yarmouth, William Hultin of Middleboro, Suzanne Campagnoni and her husband Frank of VA, and Robert Hultin and his wife Lee of Weymouth, his grandchildren Kimberly, Andrew, Lauren, Robert, Christopher, Erin, Ashley, Skye and Frank, and seven great-grandchildren.
Services for Richard are in the care of C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home and will be private for his family. He will be interred in Mount Wollaston Cemetery in Quincy.
