Kenneth Charles Wharton
Kenneth passed away on March 6, 2022 after a brief downturn in his health. He was 68 years old and was predeceased by his wife of over 30 years, Frances (Mainolfi) Wharton in September, 2021. He was also predeceased by his parents Charles T. Wharton and Mary Jane (Benard) Wharton. He was a recent resident of Westborough Healthcare in Westborough, MA since September, 2021 and a former resident of Milford, MA for over 30 years. He was a self-employed HVAC contractor as Ambient Air during the years he was employed and had worked for several HVAC companies. His health had been deteriorating for several years and he was missing his wife the last six months. Ken was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at the age of 12 and had a kidney transplant in 2015. He was the fourth child of 5 and the only boy.
Ken leaves behind 4 sisters; Susanne Grady of MA, Patricia Wharton of FL, Nancy Massie of NH and Joyce Cronin of MA; his brothers-in-law Peter Grady and Edward Cronin. He also leaves 9 nephews and nieces; 21 grandnephews and grandnieces, long-time friend, Paul Antonio of MA as well as friends and neighbors.

A memorial service will be held in the months to come when family and close friends will be notified. Ken will be remembered for his sense of humor. May he rest well in peace.
