Catherine Grassa Todd, age 36, of Milton, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on March 6, 2022 after a brief battle with ovarian cancer. Proud mother of Nathan Caswell. Cherished daughter of Michael and Ann Grassa Todd of Milton. Loving twin sister to Emily Todd (husband Vincent Urbanski) of Milton, and loving big sister to Anna Todd of Boston. Also survived by Nathan’s devoted father, Ryan Caswell of Milton; treasured nephews Jack and Wes Urbanski, as well as many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends. Catherine loved her family, her home, reading a good book, the beach on Cape Cod, dinner with friends, snuggles with Nathan, long walks with her dog, Tally, and hosting fire pit gatherings with neighbors. She made friends wherever she went. She leaves behind the ‘The Milton 8’, close friends from Milton High School as well as lifelong friendships formed at BU. Catherine was a valued member of the Sharma Group at Merrill Lynch where she interned and worked for over 15 years. She was strong and resilient and met life’s hardest challenges head-on with a smile. She lived ‘la vie en rose’ - always seeing the best in people and keeping everyone laughing with her witty one-liners. She will be sorely missed.
