NEW BEDFORD… Janice Louise Fleming, 73, passed away on December 28, 2021.
She was born in New Bedford to the late Grover C. Fleming and Marion (Gasper) Fleming and lived most of her life in the city.
Janice worked as a teacher’s aide for the city of New Bedford Schools. She was also a parishioner of St. Lawrence Church on Summer Street.
Survivors include her sons: Christopher Fleming and Carlos DaCosta, and daughter: Kimberly Fleming, all of New Bedford, MA; her sister, Rhonda Fleming of Florida; her grandchildren: Derek Gerard and Aaron Gerard; as well as two nephews: Shane Fleming and Marcus Fleming.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Thursday, March 10, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. following calling hours from 5:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M. at the South Coast Funeral Home, 1555 Pleasant Street, Fall River.
