Joan J. Andrade (75) of Brockton died February 26th in the Cape Cod Hospital, Barnstable.
She was born in Wareham daughter of the late Harry Gonsalves and Amelia Pina. Joan was a home health aide and counselor for the BAMSI Company. She was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church in Brockton and enjoyed traveling, fishing, cooking, cook outs and socializing with family and friends.
Joan is survived by her son Curtis Andrade of Brockton, 2 daughters, Kim Andrade Butler and Carla Andrade both of Brockton, (mother of the late Karen Andrade), 2 brothers, Joseph Alves of Brockton and Antone Alves of Hyannis, (sister of the late Paul Alves), 2 sisters, Sandra Alves of Yarmouth and Lisa Pina Johnson of Philadelphia, many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral Services in the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel, 238 Court Street Brockton Monday March 7th at 11 am. Burial to follow in Melrose Cemetery, 88 N Pearl Street Brockton. Viewing from 9 am prior to services.
