Grandmother of Brian and Matthew Zakrezwski, Colby and Christy Robertson, Sean Hewes and Ryan and Shane Aresta. Sister of Merrie Forrester of Bridgewater, Joseph Moore and Steve Moore both of Brockton, Patti Ricci of New Hampshire and the late Richard Moore.
Family and friends are invited to a graveside service at Calvary Cemetery in Brockton Monday at 11:30 am. Rev. Walter Dryer officiating. They may meet at Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton at 11 am to go in procession to the cemetery. Obituary
Mrs. Hewes died on Wednesday at Jordan Hospital in Plymouth after a lengthy illness. She was born and raised in Brockton, a daughter of the late Gordon and M. Barbara (O’Connor) Moore. She had attended Brockton schools and had been a Brockton resident for most of her life, residing in Plymouth for the last year. Mrs. Hewes enjoyed reading and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Linda Aresta of Carver, Ronnie Hewes of Plymouth, Brenda Robertson of Carver, her grandchildren, Brian and Matthew Zakrezwski, Colby and Christy Robertson, Sean Hewes and Ryan and Shane Aresta, her brothers and sisters, Merrie Forrester of Bridgewater, Joseph Moore and Steve Moore and of Brockton, Patti Ricci of New Hampshire and many nieces and nephews
