Obituary



Worcester – Frank Fulginiti, 67, of Worcester, passed away after an illness on Sunday, February 20, 2022 in the Southbridge Rehabilitation Center.

Mr. Fulginiti is survived by his daughter, Sarah Fulginiti of Palmer; his son, Jeffrey Fulginiti and his wife, Kathryn of Bolton; a brother, Anthony Fulginiti of Charlton; two grandchildren, Leo and Aria Fulginiti and two nieces, Aurelia Fulginiti and Rachel Fulginiti.

Frank was born in Worcester, son of the late Anthony and Celia (Amelin) Fulginiti and is also predeceased by a brother Michael Fulginiti. Mr. Fulginiti loved to be around people and his co-workers while he worked at Saint Vincent Hospital for over 35 years as a Special Police Officer.

Frank was a fan of western movies and television shows and could often be found taking a chance with the lottery. He enjoyed rooting for the Boston sports teams, especially the Red Sox and the Patriots. He was always known to be talking about Red Sox players and their stats.

A funeral service will be held at 12 Noon on Thursday, February 24, in the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond St. Worcester. Burial will follow in Saint John’s Cemetery, Worcester. A calling hour will be held from 11 to 12 in the funeral home prior to the service.

The family kindly requests out of a gesture of caution that all in attendance please wear a mask while at the funeral home.
