Obituary

CAMPO, Peter Philip "Papa" Of Dedham, formerly of Roslindale, February 18th, age 75, after a brave battle with numerous health issues. Born in Boston. Son of the late Charles and Mary (DePasquale) Campo. Survived by his loving wife Joanne (Malone) Campo. Father of Lisa Campo of Natick and Peter Campo of Framingham. Papa to Matthew, Cecilia, Charlie, Sophia and Alex. Brother of Charlie, Mary Ann, and Carol. Also survived by fifteen nieces and nephews.

He was a graduate from Roslindale High School and worked 37 years for Algonquin Gas Transmission Company. Peter was known for his love of the New England Patriots. His basement is a veritable shrine to Bill Belichick and Tom Brady where he never missed a game on Sunday. Peter's generosity was unlimited. He was always there to help family members in need with any task big or small.

Funeral from the PE Murray-FJ Higgins, George F. Doherty and Sons Funeral Home, 2000 Centre Street, WEST ROXBURY Tuesday, February 22nd at 9AM, followed by a Funeral Mass in Holy Name Church, West Roxbury at 10AM. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting Hours Monday, February 21st from 4-8PM. Interment St. Joseph's Cemetery, West Roxbury. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Peter's memory to Michael Milken Prostate Cancer Foundation, pcf.org.
