Fall River – Brian J. Andrade, 37, of Fall River, formerly of Westport died Thursday, April 27, 2006 at home after a long illness. He was the fiancé of Christine Costa.
Born in Fall River, son of Antone S. and Maureen V. (Cleary) Andrade, he had resided in Westport prior to moving to Fall River 6 years ago. A 1987 graduate of Westport High School, he enjoyed working at the Westport Campground and also worked at M.C. Productions in Westport. He was a Communicant of St. John the Baptist Church, Westport. Mr. Andrade enjoyed fishing, working on his corvette and working on the family boat Semper Fi with his dad.
Including his parents and his fiancé, he is survived by a brother: Michael J. Andrade and his wife Julie of Westport; a sister: Sheila A. Hagensen and her husband Peter of Portsmouth, RI; a godson: Corey J. Andrade; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be Monday, May 1, 2006 from the POTTER FUNERAL HOME, 81 Reed Rd., Westport at 8:30 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Sacred Heart Church, Fall River at 10:00 A.M.
Calling hours Sunday 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 P.M.
Interment will be in Beech Grove Cemetery, Westport.
