Cornelius O'Sullivan, a longtime Medford resident passed away on February 15th after a long illness. He was 85.
Cornelius was born and raised in Bantry, County Cork, Ireland on a farm where he developed his life-long love of animals. He came to this country as a young man in 1958. His first job was with the HP Hood Milk Co. He went on to work at Tufts University and then eventually with the Winchester School Department, where he worked until his retirement.
Cornelius also owned and operated O’Sullivan’s Landscape Service for many years. Cornelius was well known in his neighborhood and was always helping somebody. He had many friends in the area and many friends in the Ft. Lauderdale area where he spent his winters. He will be missed greatly by his friends.
Services will be private and a memorial mass will be said at a later date.
