William F. “Billy” Huckins Jr., of North Billerica formerly of Medford, passed away on February 15, 2022. He was 80 years old.
Billy attended Saint Joseph’s Grammar School in Medford and graduated from Medford High School. He worked for his dad at A&P Supermarket in Medford and was a truck driver for Coca Cola for 38 years. Billy was a United States Navy Veteran and a past member of the Knights of Columbus.
Billy was the beloved husband of Eleanor “Ellie” (Pagliuca) Huckins. He was the loving father of Debbie Turilli and her husband Michael, John Huckins and his wife Susan, Bobby Huckins and his partner Lynda and Laura McIntyre and her husband Jimmy. Billy was the brother of the late Mary Bonacorsi and her late husband Rodego. He was the cherished grandfather of Elisa and Christopher Turilli, Kyle, Danny and Erin Huckins, Ryan, Brendan, Kiley, Jack and Gia Huckins, Nick Albanese-McIntyre, and great grandfather of Justin and Cameron. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held at the from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Saturday February 19th at 9:00am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Saint Joseph Church, 118 High Street, Medford at 10:00am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 4-8pm. Interment will be private.
