West Baldwin - Linda F. Peters, 72, of West Baldwin passed away at her home on February 9, 2022 with loving family by her side. She was born in Saco on August 10, 1949 a daughter of Eugene and Frances (Hubbard) Reed. She was educated in local schools and was a graduate of Bonny Eagle High School.
Linda worked for a short time at the Kezar Falls Woolen Mill. She went on to work as a seamstress for the rest of her working life. Linda worked at Hanold in Standish for a few years, then Cornish Sportswear for several years, then later at Wicker's in Wolfeboro, NH. She married Gerald W. Peters on April 20, 1985.
Linda loved yard sales and flea markets, liked playing games on her computer and had a great love for music. She also liked gambling from time to time and enjoyed going to the casinos. She also enjoyed traveling to Florida when she could and above all, she loved spending time with her family. Linda will be so sadly missed by all who loved her.
Besides her father, she is also predeceased by her brother, Paul Reed. She is survived by her mother, Frances H. Robinson of West Baldwin, her husband, Gerald W. Peters of West Baldwin, her sons: Thomas A. Day and wife Victoria of West Baldwin, Christopher M. Day and wife Jennifer of West Baldwin and James P. Day and wife Arlie of Porter. A stepson, Brian Peters of West Baldwin, and a stepdaughter, Tracy McGary and husband Darren of Buxton. Her siblings: Lawrence Reed and wife Barbara of Limington, Eugene Reed and wife Kim of Farmington, NH. and Debbie Reed of Farmington, NH. 10 grandchildren: Channing, Brooke, Kaitlyn, Kyle, Tia Marie, Kelsey, Cameron, Kassandra, Colby and Bella. 9 great grandchildren: Camden, Iantha, Giovani, Roman, Braydon, Tucker, Isabella, Emma and Amari-Asaad. Also several nieces and nephews.
